The Application Process
Part of curating the perfect learning environment is ensuring we admit people who share the values and spirit of the ACLC. This does not require any prior domain knowledge, it is more about your approach to self-directed learning, collaboration, and intellectual exploration.
Our admissions process has three steps:
Step 1: The Application Form
This is your opportunity to convey your enthusiasm for learning. We're looking for people who are curious, open-minded, and eager to learn from others. We're not looking for any specific background or experience, just a willingness to learn and grow.
Step 2: An Introductory Conversation
After reviewing your application, we'll invite you to a conversation to discuss your learning goals and how we can help you achieve them. This will be an open-ended exploratory chat about your area/s of interest. There are no trick questions or gotchas, it really is just a conversation to see whether you'd be a good fit at the school.
Step 3: A Short Shared Learning Journey
The final step involves a brief collaborative learning activity to ensure a good fit between you and the ACLC community. We'll email you further details about this step after your introductory conversation.
